2018 is the second year for Vindemia, Nebraska’s Premiere Wine & Grape Educational Conference and Product & Service Showcase, presented by the Nebraska Winery and Grape Growers Association.

Vindemia is a completely new and innovative 2-day event designed specifically to draw Nebraska grape growers, wineries and tasting rooms as well as our counterparts from Iowa, South Dakota, Missouri and Kansas.  Plan to take advantage of this great opportunity to reinforce current relationships with customers as well as create new, mutually beneficial contacts.

The Vindemia Product & Services Showcase is open for all to attend. Our focus is to provide member-driven, high-quality education as well as a networking platform for winery and grape growing professionals to develop business relationships with one another and connect with vendors to wine and grape industry. Whether you’re looking to showcase your products and services or learn more about the Nebraska wine industry, this conference is the place to be.

Profile of Attendees

The Vindemia is expected to draw 150 -200+ wine and grape professionals interested in networking and exchanging information and making connections/purchases with exhibiting vendors.

We expect attendees from Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and South Dakota.  Our growers and wine makers have the decision making and “buying power” for their businesses.   When surveyed, NWGGA Members spoke clearly.  They come to shop and buy.  They want to talk to vendors and to see product demonstrations.

The Lied & Conference Center Nebraska City, Nebraska

The Lied Lodge and Conference Center in Nebraska City, Nebraska is located just 50 minutes from Omaha’s Eppley Airport and is a unique event space that allows attendees to immerse themselves in the conference.

The Lied Lodge offers a shuttle to and from the airport for a $30 fee.  The shuttle MUST be reserved in advance.   Exhibitors are responsible for their own shuttle fees or may choose to rent a car.

The tradeshow and sessions will be held in the Lied Lodge.  The room rate for the conference is $99 per night.  Please call the Lied Lodge (800) 546-5433 to make room reservations directly and mention that you’re coming for the NWGGA conference to receive the $99 rate.

What the Exhibit Fee Includes

  • 14 hours of exhibit time plus many opportunities for casual networking. Special provisions will be put into place to ensure conference attendees circulate throughout the exhibit hall including specialty break service.
  • Two Exhibitor Program Registration to conference seminars, all breaks and all lunches. Exhibitors can attend all conference session (except wine tasting education sessions) for maximum networking opportunities. Additional exhibitors may participate for $100 each. This does not include separate ticketed dining events (BBQ & Bonfire or Gala Awards Banquet).
  • Exhibit Booth: 6’ or 8’ table and 2 chairs.  No draping is provided.  Electricity is available for a $35 fee per booth.  If a vendor wishes to have a double booth, arrangements will be made. The cost will be that of two single booths.  Vendors may select their preferred location of their booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Attendee List: Electronic copy of the attendee list distributed within 14 days of the conference.
  • Take home Conference Program that includes full company and contact information for each exhibitor
  • Silent Auction – All exhibitors are requested to bring a silent auction item or gift certificate (min. value $50) to benefit the NWGGA Educational Events fund.
  • Security: The Exhibit Hall is locked and monitored by Hotel; however, exhibitors are responsible for their property and should make certain valuables are removed from the booth overnight.

PRESENTING SPONSOR—$4,000 (only one)

Your company will receive top billing in all conference promotions as well as the opportunity to speak for 3-5 minutes at the opening keynote and at the closing Gala Banquet.  You receive a full page ad in the Conference Program and a complimentary exhibit hall booth with 2 registrations and 2 tickets to the evening events.


You will receive your logo on the wine glass for the event, a full page ad in the program, 2-3 minutes to speak from the podium and 2 tickets to the dinner.


You will receive prime ad placement on the back cover and an inside article in the attendee program. Provide us with a color advertisement and we’ll put your name and message in every attendee’s hands.

BBQ & BONFIRE DINNER SPONSOR—$1,500 (only one)

You will receive signage at the event, the opportunity to distribute your materials or a giveaway item at this evening social event, as well as a half-page ad in the Vindemia Program & 2 tickets to the event plus a chance to welcome everyone to the event.


Each attendee will receive a name badge with a handy lanyard that eliminates the need for pins and clips. The lanyard can be imprinted with your company’s name and/or logo in the color of your choice on a white background—1 color imprint.


All attendees to the reception will receive a wine glass with your logo.  You also receive a quarter page ad in the program and the opportunity to display brochures or materials.


Each attendee will receive a tote bag YOUR logo on it to take home. Receive exclusive sponsor signage during the entire conference as well as a ¼ page ad in the program.

BREAK SPONSOR—$500 (two available)

Receive signage in break area, recognition in the event program and space near break station to display promotional information.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Rules, Terms & Conditions


For the purposes below, “NWGGA” refers to the Nebraska Wine and Grape Growers Association. Admission to NWGGA’s Annual Conference is by badge only. It is stipulated that each Exhibitor subscribes to the following rules, terms and conditions.


The Exhibition is an integral part of admission to the display floor and is limited to persons and organizations whose products, services, displays, demonstrations, literature and related exhibit materials are directly related to the professional development of persons involved in the Nebraska wine and grape industry.


Neither NWGGA nor Lied Lodge and Conference Center or any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives shall be held liable, and are hereby released from liability for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or property of the Exhibitor or any of its agents, officers, employees or other representatives, resulting from fire, water, accident or any other cause. Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold NWGGA, Lied Lodge and Conference Center their respective representatives, harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability damages, loss, costs, attorney’s fees and expenses of any kind of nature which might result from any action, or failure to act, on the part the Exhibitor, its officers, agents, employees or representatives. It is the sole responsibility for each Exhibitor to maintain proper insurance coverage for its property and liability. In addition, it is understood that NWGGA and Lied Lodge and Conference Center all staff, employees, representatives and agents are held harmless from any claims arising from the products and/or promotions items sold or dispersed by Exhibitor.


NWGGA shall assign exhibit space to Exhibitor for the period of the Trade Show, provided NWGGA is in receipt of the properly executed Exhibitor Registration Agreement and payment of appropriate fees. Exhibit space is confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. Space is not held without payment. NWGGA reserves the right to arrange, rearrange and/or reassign exhibit space as deemed necessary for the effective management of the overall exhibit. NWGGA reserves the right to deny exhibit space to any company or individual it determines, in its sole discretion, is not eligible to participate or who’s product is not eligible to be dis-played and/or demonstrated in this exhibit.


It is mutually agreed that, in the event Exhibitor fails to install his/her products in the assigned exhibit space in a timely manner, or fails to remit payment for required space rental at the times specified, NWGGA shall have the right to take possession of said space, and lease same in any way it deems proper.


Cancellation by an Exhibitor after July 1, 2017 obligates Exhibitor to full payment of contracted exhibit space fees. If written notice of cancellation is received by NWGGA on or before July 1, 2017, a full refund, less a $100 service fee, will be issued. After July 1, 2017, 0% of Exhibitor fee will be refunded.
